THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER IN TURKEY. And it’s twice more expensive than other restaurant. When we walked in, they told me they didn’t have menu so we didn’t know how much things were. My husband ordered meat pide and I asked for vegetable pide. The waiter asked me if I want cheese so I said yes. The waiter told us they have good orka soup so my husband ordered one. The waiter also asked me to order one saying it’s just vegetables but I didn’t order it. My husband got the soup and there was meat in it. Then we got our pides but mine didn’t have any vegetables. It was just cheese on the bread. It was so tasteless and awful. I ate half of it thinking i had better pastries than this. My husband’s pide was the same even though it had meat and some vegetables. Later when the guy gave us the bill, it was 135lira for 2 pides and a soup. Apparently the orka soup was 50lira(soup is not that expensive in 10different cities I went in Turkey), meat pide for 45lira, and my flavorless cheese pide for 40lira. I complained and they show me what I ordered on their online menu. The menu literally said vegetable pide which has 4types of cheese with onions, peppers and tomatoes. That was what I wanted but I didn’t get any vegetables and only got cheese. There was even cheaper pide with just cheese but they just kept saying I ordered the vegetable pizza and whether i got vegetables or not, i have to pay for it. It was their mistake but instead of apologizing and giving me the actual price, they tricked me. Don’t go there. There are way better restaurants in town. I would’ve felt better if I gave that money to a homeless person. Don’t trust the good reviews or the photos online. There were other people in the restaurant who didn’t finish their meals just like us.

The worst service we have experienced during our 4 months stay in Türkiye.

We came for iftar during a rainy Ramadan day and were starving. Instead of welcoming or being sympathetic to us for being drenched, the staff were rude, firstly when initially approached regarding reservations, and initially told us to leave as there were no seats. However, we found an empty table outside in the rain and asked if we could take it which they agreed to.

After this they preceded to ignore us all night and I had to chase the waiters for anything including, the order, cutlery, drinks etc. We had to wait for our food for a good 1 hour before it finally came; the whole time we were watching tables besides us being served and eventually leaving.

There were plenty of staff sitting and chatting near the entrance which made it even more frustrating. The food itself was not great, small portion and overly salty.

Finally when it came to the bill, they insisted we pay for items we didn't even receive. The guy was aggressive and insisted we pay double for 2 set menus as there were 2 of us, even though only one of us ate part of a single menu.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant and spoiled the sama show which followed across the road for us sadly. How can they treat someone who is fasting for Ramadan like this. No service, no humanity, no basic hospitality. The absolute worst experience, makes me sad to remember this day. The rude responses of the owner here proves the kind of place this is. I hope you can improve or consider shutting down as you are an embarrassment to the city of Konya and...

Mekanı birçok kişi gibi Vedat Milor tavsiye tavsiyesiyle keşfettim. İlk gittiğimiz zamanlarda lezzet olarak hakikaten Konya da rakipsizdi. Hizmet olarak da memnun kalmadığımız bir şey yoktu, bizde bunu karşılıksız bırakmadık, Konyaya her geldiğimizde gider olduk, arkadaşlarımızı da götürdük.

Malesef her geçen yıl daha fazla ticari kaygıları müşteri memnuniyetinin önüne geçiren bir tutumla karşılaştım. En son geçtiğimiz yıl yemekten sonra ikram edilen çaya para istenince ben tekrar ziyaret etmeme kararı almıştım. Allah'a şükür çay parasına muhtaç değilim ama prensip olarak bu tarz işletmeleri tercih etmiyorum. Buna rağmen bu yıl Ramazanda arkadaşlarımın ısrarıyla tekrar gitmemiz icap etti.

Ramazan ayı olması ve üzerinden zaman geçmesi göz önüne alındığında daha makul bir hizmet alabileceğimiz umuduyla rezervasyon yaptırdık. Geçen seneki olayla tekrar karşılaşmamak için ikram çaya para alınıyor mu diye sorduk, alınmıyor dendi. Rezervasyon sırasında sipariş alınabiliyormuş, ancak bu bize telefonda söylenmedi. Mekana gittiğimizde sipariş verdik ve sıramızın gelmesini bekledik, iftarda çorbanızı içtikten sonra 40 dakika beklediğinizi ve sonrasında bir kusura bakmayın bile denmediğini düşünün.

Yemeğimizi yedik sonrasında çay teklif edildi. İçtik. Ancak kasada çay duble olarak adisyona işlenmiş. Haliyle itiraz ettik ancak yine durumun izah edilmesi yerine bir dayak yemediğimiz kaldı.

Bunun yanı sıra lezzet, ve hijyen konusunda da son derece geri gidilmişti. Lavabolarda kirden sarı katmanlar oluştuğunu, fırıncıların bone takmadığını, aynı ellerle kasa ile ilgilendiklerini gördük.

Kısaca Vedat bey burayı 2014te görmüş, şimdi görse onun da hiç iyi düşüneceğini sanmıyorum. Gitmenizi de tavsiye etmiyorum, buradan daha iyi etli ekmek yiyeceğiniz ve saygı göreceğiniz bir sürü mekan...
