LUNA — Restaurant in Osmangazi

What a great experience we had at the Almira Hotel. After a tragic booking elsewhere in bites we stumbled upon this jewel and were greeted by Food and Beverage Manager Yakup that helped our transition into our new rooms. Yakup was there through our stay making sure we had the absolute best experience. Our trip was topped off be the best cocktails in Bursa (if not Turkey) by deceivingly young artist Yusuf who spared no detail to craft masterpieces all night. Finally a special thanks to Asli the supervisor who followed us from bar to the Luna restaurant for the most decadent deserts. After a stunning spa day we are sad to have to leave but can not do so without bringing this place, these people and this experience to the foreground. Ask for them by name and you will not have a want left...

Classy hotel rooftop restaurant with poolside ambience and beautiful sunset views of the city.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and communicating in English was not an issue.

We made a last-minute booking here on our last (weekday) night in Bursa and got a table smoothly. Ordered the lamb soup, shrimp pasta provencal, and beef ribs, and was extremely satisfied. Even the price was surprisingly fair for such an experience.

Only nitpick is the poor lighting that made it difficult to see our food or (occasionally) get the attention of the staff. Perhaps a brighter table lighting could be considered~

Definitely worth a visit for a classier alternative to the great local...

Merhaba otelinizde 6 defa konaklama sağladım karşılama vale den başlıyarak mükemmellik düzeyindeydi ta ki lobi ve 8.kattaki restorant ın hizmetini görene kadar. 2 defa bildiğiniz bir şekilde aşağılandım misafirlerimin yanında saygısız ca bir üslup kullanılarak servis tabakları önlerinden alındı içiçek siparışı verdiğimizde yemek yemiyecekseniz burda içiçek servisi yok gibi ifadeler kullanıldı yetkili beyfendi duruma şahit oldu müdahale etti konu orda toparlanmaya çalışıldı ta ki bu gün yemek yemek için restorana çıkana kadar karşılamada bana direkt bir şekilde rezervasyon olup olmadığı soruldu yok diyince de rezervasyon olmadan yardımcı olamıyoruz gibi ifade kullanıldı. Restoran %70 seviyesinde boş olmasına rağmen tekrar lobiye indim ve durumu bildirdim orda da davranış anlamında yine bir küçümsemeli yaklaşım sağlandı rezervasyonumu iptal etmek istiyorum denince yetkililere bilgi verildi yine güzel bir konuşma ile durumu düzeltileceği söylendi. Temizlik ve konfor konusunda asla olumsuz bir şey diyemem ama hizmet anlayışı çok aşağılayıcı sevdikleriniz ve ailen ile gelicekseniz bu durumlara maruz...
