Tarihi Yeşil Pideli Köfte & Izgara Salonu — Restaurant in Osmangazi

The place was very close to the Lion Hotel that's why we chose it and we didn't have expectations. However this restaurant was a nice suprise with their delicious food and friendly staff.

Bursa Kebab(İskender)

One and a half portion of Bursa Kebab(İskender) cost around 450₺. It was delicious beyond words and nothing like the ones you would eat in other cities of Turkey. The portion and the amount of meat was very satisfying and filling. The melted butter was hot and made the Kebab taste so much. The tomato sauce was freshly made with tasty tomatoes so it was a nice touch as well. Definitely suggested to try.

Pideli Köfte(Meatballs with Pide)

We also tried the meatballs with pide(pideli köfte) for 190₺. The size of the meatballs were small, yet there were 9 of them served with melted butter and tomato sauce similar to the Bursa Kebab. The meatballs were soft, grilled and seasoned adequatly. Overall this dish tasted well, but I definitely suggest the Bursa Kebab over this one.

Süt Helvası(Milk Halvah)

They also treated us with süt helvası(milk halvah) and tea for free. In any case I definitely suggest this soft dessert as it just had the right amount of sugar in it.

Amazing Iskender – the best we have had in all of Turkey

We had a truly delicious Iskender here at a very reasonable price. It was, and still is, the best Iskender we have had anywhere in Turkey. We have tried to find others that come close during our trip, but nothing has matched the quality here.

The meat was tender, the flavor was perfect, and the portion was generous. The service was friendly, and we felt welcome from the moment we walked in.

If we pass by again, we will definitely come back just to eat here once more. Highly...

Bayramın 3.Günü akşam saat 21.00 sularında İstanbul’da yaşayan bir Bursalı olarak 2 aile gittik , karşılama ve hizmet rezalet , masa seçmeye çalıştığımız da bütün mekan boş iken rezerve olduğu söyleniyor , WC’ler pislik durumda , birde gösterdikleri yere oturmaya çalıştığımız da ise siparişimizin en az 45 dk sonra geleceği hususunda garson arkadaşımız bizi uyarıyor ki sonrasında öyle böyle demeyelim diye , mekanın boş olduğunu söylüyoruz , 45 dk neyi bekleyeceği dediğimiz de ise bahçenin dolu olduğu söyleniyor , halbuki bahçelerinin de boş olduğunu kızıp kalkmaya karar verdiğimizde görüyoruz.Anlıyoruz ki bu gün mesaileri çok yoğun geçmiş ve müşteriye tahammülleri yok bu kadar yokuş rampa yapmalarına da gerek yok kapalıyız deseler yeterli , bu hizmet , karşılama ve esnaflık ile Türkiye’nin en lezzetli yeri...
