Toro Latin Gastro Bar — Restaurant in Sarıyer

Firstly, I booked via email for my wife’s birthday and they told me that they would make it extra special but there was nothing at all that made it special for her birthday. Not even one little candle. Secondly, the FOOD! Wow the portions are very small. The only thing that came as a large portion was the potato chips!! The cheapest food item. The taco wasn’t even a proper taco and nor was it served hot, also very small portion. The only thing we really enjoyed was the two portion of sushi’s that we ordered - California and dynamite, and that’s the only reason we give it two stars. Thirdly, we didn’t understand why the waiters were still moving tables/chairs at 8pm, no warm welcome, it was just a very cold atmosphere. Lastly, the food takes ages to arrive! You will be waiting 45 minutes - 1 hour for food. There were only 3 tables so I’m not sure why it took sooo long for the food to arrive. Not worth the price. Food was ok. The staff spilled drinks all over our table and plates when pouring wine and water and didn’t even see or pretend to I’m not sure. It’s open air but tables are too close to each other when people smoke it’s everywhere. We had to rush eating our food to get out because a few tables near us were smoking and it was so bad. doğum günüm için yaklaşık 15 gün öncesinden rezervasyon yaptım. Sax Restaurant’ta olacağımız söylenmişti, ancak etkinlikten 2 gün önce altyapı sorunu bahanesiyle Toro Latin’e alındık, aynı standartlarda hizmet sözü verildi.

Ne yazık ki gece tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı: • Canlı müzik öncesi yüksek sesli prova, sohbeti imkânsız hale getirdi. • Servis personeli kaba, bilgisiz ve ilgisizdi. • 12 kişiydik, surpriz misafirimin ek sandalyesi için bile uzun süre uğraştık. • Doğum günü pastam özel hazırlanmıştı, ama karton kutusundan çıkarıldığı gibi, tabak/sunum olmadan masaya bırakıldı. pastamın mumları bile masada sonradan yakıldı. • servis personelinin ‘ Pasta 12 kişilik diye, doğum günü sahibine pasta servisi yetismedi ‘ cevabi kabul edilemezdi. • Kokteyl siparişleri ortalama 20 dakika sürdü, ikinciler yine çok gecikti. • Masadaki kirli tabak/bardaklar hiç toplanmadı, biz üst üste koymak zorunda kaldık. • Müzik performansı ve DJ kalitesi de çok düşüktü.
