Two evenings in a row. First image is from last night.
Yes, I went back for another round at this place—and yes, I ordered the burger again. Some things are just worth repeating, and this was definitely one of them. If anything, it tasted even better than the day before. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked—it hit all the right notes once again.
This time, we decided to mix things up a bit. We shared a vibrant, refreshing salad with orange slices and strawberries—light, zesty, and a perfect contrast to the richness of the burger. We also added a chicken taco to the table, which turned out to be a great little sidekick: tender chicken, well-seasoned, and wrapped in a soft tortilla that held together nicely.
What stood out, again, was the consistency—not just in the food, but in the service. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, and no long wait times. You get the sense that the team here genuinely cares about what they’re serving and how you feel about it.
All in all, another excellent experience. Still great food. Still great service and thanks to Onur who has been really good. 🫶🏼 Still totally worth it. And yes—I’m still sticking my neck out for...
Read moreThis was our first time here, and we didn’t know what to expect. However, since we are in fişekhane, we expected waiters to speak English to be able to understand us and help us well. They only knew how to talk to Turkish, making communication harder. We could order because we had a family member who speaks fluent Turkish. However, there was another problem, they brought more than our orders, and they forced us to take it even though we said we didn’t order it. For example, we ordered two shrimp tacos, and they brought four. We also didn’t get one of the salads until the very end when everyone finished eating, which was very disappointing and inconvenient. Finally, I would like to say the food was incredible and delicious. And the place is nicely decorated and very clean. They apologized and gave us complimentary tea, so I do...
Read moreI really want to love this place as the service was impeccable and the vibe and atmosphere were also perfect. As this was the first restaurant I’ve been to in Turkey I had quite a high expectation especially given so many positive reviews as well. I was here for the breakfast/ brunch, while it looked promising and picture perfect, I did find myself liking very few of the small dishes. I wish there’s a bit more protein like chorizos/eggs, and less of the dips although that could just be the style which I’m not familiar with. The breads were good and a lot of the dips had very good flavour but just didn’t feel satisfied at the end although being full. The pancake was good but we were too full to have it. Maybe it’s better to serve it together rather than at the end. Anyway it was an enjoyable experience but room for improvement on...
