I have slept one night at Neon hotel Ntinda. I called and made a reservation with a lower price than what I could find online, but when I arrived at the destination the rooms I had reserved were sold out, and they gave me rooms that were more expensive, and I did not get any lower price as we had agreed. I was told that breakfast closed at 11 the next morning, but at 0915 they called from the reception and said that it was closing. I did not get the food I had requested, and the same happened to the others I was traveling with. Our room did not have a lock for the balcony, and the water in the room had to be heated for 30 minutes before it was hot. The toilet would not flush. Our traveling companion did not have hot water in their room, and the water from the shower came into the bedroom.

It must be said that the beds were good, and that it was a relatively quiet place, and that the room was clean. But unfortunately we experienced that the service...

Don't book this hotel. I booked this hotel for a wedding in Uganda, they charged me an extra night yet it was bed and breakfast. I booked online, paid and checked out ahead of time, yet they included an extra night that I didn't spend. As they knew I had a flight, they intentionally tried to create issues at check out ensuring I either missed my flight or paid what they asked. Terrible service for foreigners, breakfast was literally bread and tea instead of an English breakfast...
