The Java — Restaurant in Kampala

Went with family to celebrate the birthday. Requested the mgr for a cake with writings . They offered a cake without writing . Asked them to sing a birthday sing for my sister he agreed first later only the cake came . The waiter dropped the cake on the table n left. Ordered for food n beverages . All was gud except for the iced tea came without tea so requested for tea decotion but received only teabag. First visit to Java house .As a hotelier bit disappointing. Great food n beverage but staff need to go little extra mile....

Java house is definitely a good place for a cosy one on one. Great service, definitely good for children, the menu is diverse worth assortment of drinks and main course dishes that have hit the bar several a time. The only thing I didn't like the last time I was there was the spicy chicken salad. It wasn't up to standard like I usually take from the different restaurants around town. Got take out today at about 9:30pm, chicken and Chips. When i got Home opened the pack which contained half a serving of chips, almost burnt pieces of chicken and one slice of tomato,onion for Veggies that are ment to come with the meal. The sad thing is that this is not the first time. If you do not want to give proper Services after 8 let us know so that we do not waste our hard earned money...
