This would be my second visit to the restaurant and as usual the mansaf they serve is 12/10! This time it was a bit different the ac went out for just 5 min which was okay but since the owner saw it kinda bothered us he wouldn’t let us pay for the meal which was a shock! He said that the most important thing for him was our happiness and apologized like 10 times for the issue. This gesture you don’t see in many business specially a small business! I placed an order 3 hours in advance, and it was canceled at the exact time it was supposed to be delivered — right at iftar, when my family and I were breaking our fast. This is completely unacceptable.
