Tikka Town Restaurant — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Over all it’s average experience. Very important things they don’t know guest values. Food taste it’s same gravy they are using every food same taste. Specially repeated guest no personalize service not recognized. In the restaurant most of flyes are there. Space it’s very congested. Service teams are good they are doing their best. Chef grooming disaster no hair nets are using. If some one sitting in the restaurant chef voice are very very adorable we can listen what they are saying. It’s not good at tall. Basic ethics need to teach them. Cleanliness it’s very poor. Washbasin no hand soap. During the billing no one greet no one ask how is the food what things need to improved how is the overall experience no one bother . E.g I order the food waiter through he give the proper preference for the chef, when I receive the food on my table their no one followed my food preferences. Very funny thing guest are waiting for the outside the restaurant, Restaurant owners are taking the staff briefing, during the peak timing meetings on going . Since a long time I ve been hearing about this place and finally I decided to giv it a try. While I was leaving from Yas Mall coming back towards Abudhabi, I just placed the order online thru zomato. As I reached home my food was delivered right on time. I would like to mention here that ordering online thru zomato was a breeze and so damn convenient. I had ordered for Sighdi Murg Burrah, Dabba Gosht and Mutton Dum Biryani which I got at a reasonable price plus a 10% disc for ordering online. Murg Burrah is something which should not be missed here. It is a chargrilled tikka coated with a creamy sauce. Dabba gosht also was something to be relished here as I feel is their signature dish. BUTTER CHICKEN - MOST TASTELESS AND STALE (NOT FRESHLY COOKED) / PORTION SIZE - NOT ENOUGH FOR EVEN ONE PERSON. CHICKEN PIECES WERE CHEWY LIKE GUMS. I THOUGHT IT MANAGEABLE BUT TO MY SURPRISE, EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS SAME. (PICTURE ATTACHED)
