My experience with Grazie : To start with, the customer service was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. The staff had a cheerful attitude, and they were always aware of guests’ needs—you never have to wave or wait for attention, which I truly appreciated. My rating for customer service is 5/5 🌟

Now, focusing on the food and its quality: I ordered two appetizers: Kiri Bites and Calzone Bites. The Kiri Bites were excellent in every way—delicious, served hot and fresh, with a fantastic side sauce that perfectly complemented the flavor. I’d rate them 4.7/5. The Calzone Bites were tasty, with a well-balanced filling, but I didn’t like the texture of the dough as it felt a bit dry. Overall though, the flavors were very good. I’d rate them 3/5.

I also ordered three pizzas: Margherita, Pepperoni, and Buffalo Chicken. The Margherita pizza was tasty and simple, just as it should be. I’d rate it 3/5. The Pepperoni pizza was also good, with a generous amount of pepperoni—something I rarely see elsewhere. However, the pepperoni was noticeably salty, and I hope they adjust this in the future. I’d rate it 3/5. As for the Buffalo Chicken pizza, it was absolutely phenomenal! The chicken was tender, and the buffalo seasoning was perfectly balanced—not overly spicy. I’d rate it 4.5/5.

I also ordered the Four Cheese Pasta with added chicken and mushrooms. It was incredibly delicious and rich, with perfectly balanced cheeses. Usually, at other places, this kind of pasta can be too salty because of the cheese amount, but I can confidently say Bravo 👏🏻! It was excellent in every way. I’d rate it 4.9/5.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I really enjoyed it with my family. I hope the restaurant continues to maintain its quality and service, and I definitely recommend it to all pizza and pasta lovers.

I called them just 30 minutes before they closed and they took my order and I was able to get this beautiful truffle piece of art i can't call this a pizza it can only be called piece of art walahy the taste was just on point the crust soft not too crunchy and just perfect flavour of truffle and the cream cheese I can't say anything but thank you and wow wow wow keep it up please don't change. Update: went this time and had the pizza in the restaurant just let me say this the truffle buratta pizza is illegally delicious amazing great perfect what can I say more to explain how perfect this pizza is I could swear that I had a tear in my eyes from how good it was there's no explanation of how the dough is soft airy light perfect flavours are just on frigging point. Mashallah hopefully this will never change i thought filias truffle pizza in dubai was the best pizza in the uae but I gotta say now you guys are by far number 1 and I don't think there's any resturant that can beat it for a long time.
