Unfortunately, this was one of my best places in Abu Dhabi; however, my two recent experience was awful with shocking staff attitude ( Mr Saby ) is unacceptable and he seemed to be the The boss at reception. I was one of many who raised concerns without any action
In the first experience, they overcharged me, and he blamed me and showed that body language and facial expression he was not happy blaming me and of course, no sorry and left me talking
The second experience that just yesterday, 11 June, when he was screaming at his staff and shouting at me. I hope the management can watch the video and take the necessary action. Saby lost control and stopped listening. Angela and other staff were there and witnessed the incident. The story that when I came to pay for pool entry, his team said we are family and one single, and it wasn't so am trying to tell him, but he was my staff told me and I don't believe you. In the end, the team came back to apologise that I was right, and Saby started apologising with the same attitude. I asked for the in-charge...

Ok so it was the KICKOFF to OKTOBERFEST at ADCGC, and well... the band was fun, the accordion player was great & the beer was OVERFLOWING literally!!! But THE FOOD... The 150dhs BRISKET was DRY AS AN OLD BONE & the BACON WAS HARD AS WOOD!!! The SAUSAGES were Hot on the Outside & COLD AS ICE on the INSIDE... We took it back and the guy handling the orders acted offended that we brought it to be reheated. They finally returned our platter with only HALF OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF SAUSAGES on it! Oh, and the PRETZELS were MICROWAVED. The PIZZA was actually DELICIOUS... The saving grace of the food choices. The SERVICE wasn't the best... Most of the wait staff acted like they didn't want to be there and completely ignored people, while a few Ladies from the Motherland actually gave our section great service after they found out we were being ignored. All in all a decent time, but they will definitely have to STEP IT UP when the REAL CROWD comes this weekend. I believe the company providing the food is GARGANTUA EVENTS... Y'all seriously need to get it...

The pool is really nice. Service is good. Staff is nice. A bit expensive for entrance, and a LOT more expensive for items inside the pool (e.g. pack of cigarettes and so on) Alcohol prices are "somewhat" reasonable.
I first rated the place at 4 stars, but here's my take after many nights inside: It has a great atmosphere. Again, the staff is nice, after all they're following management's orders, and that's my issue with the place. We can't laugh, we can't sing, we can't request songs, we can't move a lot between tables, idk why, killing any good vibe of the place.
Recommended? Definitely, the place is still good after all. Hopefully management makes some...
