Today has been a sad day, since today's preaching talked about the membership of the church, and it hurt me because after almost 7 months attending the church, and not being able to become a member, because I am already a member of the church of my country of origin, but also due to my worktime. It was my spiritual HOME when I lived in the UAE for a period of 9-years whilst teaching Kindergarten Students. Pastor Cameron's sermons were EXCELLENT and I am still listening to them. I felt very welcome in the congregation, although I tried not to get too involved because of English being my 2nd language. Having been part of ECC lead to wonderful spiritual growth in my own personal life and relationship with GOD. The people really cared about and helped each other.
