Very bad experience, the 1 stars only because they have nice furniture. No enough staff on the floor of the shop. You have to look for them and wait until they finish from the customs they r helping. Prices are not always there on the products. I had a bad experience with them too. I had a 1k AED voucher and when I was cashing it. The employee added an extra item for 200aed that I didn't request and and when I asked to remove it and get the value of that item back they refused and made it look like its my fault that I didn't check after them and revied the bill. And I lost the money. The delevary team confirmed the shipment date and time on a day and came the next day. And it took the 50 minutes to fix a small table that would take max 15 minutes with person with no experience. Very bad customer service and its shame because they have some...

Yesterday I visited the OC Home shop and had a great experience thanks to one of your staff members, Mohammed Owais. He provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist us even after his duty had officially ended at 7 PM. His dedication, professionalism, and friendly attitude made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
