Terrible experience with Baskin Robbins and their customer service.Please make sure you check the production and expiry date of the products sold by baskin robbins.They served a cake which has a very near expiry date( Less than a month).

I visited the Baskin Robbins outlet in Khalidiyah Mall last week(27th Feb 2024) to get an icecream cake.Few hours after we had the cake we noticed that the cake served to us was on short expiry.The cake was 11 months old to be precise. The next day I contacted their customer care team and to my surprise they havent taken any action on our feedback until date.
