Simply sublime This is hands down not just Abu Dhabi’s best Vietnamese Restaurant but it is Abu Dhabi’s best Asian restaurant. With a diverse and expansive menu covering dishes ranging from: Malay, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, singapore, basically whatever your taste buds demand, this restaurant has got you covered. We have sampled many many dishes and each one had been cooked to perfection without any compromise on taste and authenticity. We can vouch for this having lived in a few of these asian countries before. Some key must tries include: The Pho, any Pho. A hot bowl of noodle soup should not just be reserved for rainy days, its for everyday and this bowl of heavenly soupiness is the best we have had not just in AD but ever! The basil beef, absolutely delicious and without exaggeration the plate is left clean Sambal prawns: if you fancy a little Indo/Malay for the evening this dish does not disappoint. Having lived in Malaysia and Singapore i often find it can be a little salty but the way its cooked at this restaurant is a perfect balance of salty, umami and spice The Black pepper beef literally melts in your mouth, there is little else i can describe this beefy dish Food aside, the service is impeccable. If you take a little time to chat to the Awesome friendly owner Pham, you will completely understand why the food and service is of such high standard and quality, she had spent many years in the 5 star hotel FnB industry and her experience absolutely shines through in the restaurant. On my second visit to this restaurant, I decided to explore two of their specialties: Hanoi fish cake and stir-fried pho. And I must say, I didn't regret my decision.

Hanoi Fish : The fish cake was prepared with finesse, with the fish retaining its natural sweetness and cut into perfectly sized pieces. Paired with noodles sallad , fresh herbs, and sweet-sour dipping sauce, the flavors became exceptionally enticing.

I really like the Asian restaurants in Etihad Plaza. The place has a nice atmosphere and VERY good food. However, some of the waitresses are a bit inexperienced and unprofessional. On one occasion, we had ordered a dish and, when the waitress brought it to our table, she quickly took it to another table instead. When we later asked about the dish, they insisted it had already been delivered, even though we told them it hadn’t. It was an uncomfortable situation, as it made it seem like we were trying to get a free dish, instead of simply checking whether it had been served to the wrong table.
