We have ordered many things and between those 1 cup of zaatar and cup labne scoop on side. Everything came to table except the bread! It was late for 30mn . After that Vina the waitress came and said that sorry we cannot give you bread today without mentioning any convincing reason and without explanation. No manager visited the table to explain or resolve this matter! Then we ordered deserts and they charged it on the bill knowing that whenever a case happens you must recover your mistakes but in this way the services is very bad to be honest! At least a manager or supervisor table visit to explain and apologize. We are regular customers and everyone here in khalifa branch knows us!
