Reception, Mr. Subash gave me first eye contact when I got into the restaurant, he was calm and welcoming eager to service us.

Food, My first time to taste a full English dinner dinning/meal and the food was so tasty and amazing. Beef chicken smashed potatoes were so tasty.

Service, It was so quick than I did expect!!!🙂 I thought I would sit for long period of time just waiting.

Mr, Subash kept on checking on us asking how the food was and we felt so free and comfortable in the place.

I would love to come back here and also recommend my friends 100% to come and get...

If there was no star i would give it. The manager is so rude and ugly, she’s fat and she gets in stuff which are non of her business. I met a lady and suddenly she shows up and keep asking me to leave and the lady wanted to stay back. She was like am the manager! So what? Am a guest and having great time! They treat guests the worst! I advise you guys go anywhere else than victors! Otherwise the manager with the glasses will show up and keep asking you out for no reason! The worst place over and am not coming...

We went here on 5/10/24 and I was pleasantly surprised. Not sure why there are some 1 star reviews. I was very impressed. We opted for the 5 hour drunch at 169 AED. Great service - I literally never waited more than a few minutes between drinks. The food platter was good too. I have zero complaints for Victors. The staff here (in my visit) were extremely attentive and friendly. We were here 4pm-10pm and the place did not have more than 15 people. Which is a great change of pace....
