I recently visited Mazedar Food Restaurant after finding it listed on Google. My experience, unfortunately, was far from satisfactory. I encountered significant difficulty in locating the restaurant with Google Maps, which stopped directing me well before the actual destination. This led to a frustrating walk of several minutes from where I had to park my car. Upon arriving, identifying the entrance proved challenging due to the door's flat glass design with no visible handle. Once inside, I was disappointed to observe an unhygienic environment, with flies buzzing around the tables, and an unclean hand wash area. After washing my hands, I couldn't find any staff members at the counter or any waiters available. My experience worsened when a staff member, who was eating at a table, asked me if I needed anything. I explained my challenges, from locating the entrance to the absence of staff, only to receive an apathetic response. This kind of service and questioning prompted me to leave without ordering. My search for the best Karachi-style biryani in Ajman ended at Mazedar Foods. Owner Mr. Zeeshan really impressed me he is very eager to serve his customers & provides a next-level personalization. Their recent delivery partnership with noon made it very easy to get the food delivered.

The biryani is better than all the self-claimed Karachi-style biryanis out there in Ajman. It's very flavorful & easily the best karachi style biryani in Ajman with aloo, which we Karachiites miss. It could be spicier & have a bit more masala to suit my taste, but as I know, they cater to a large crowd & not everyone can handle spices, but it’s still best . The chicken in the biryani was flavorful, not like others, where meat in biryani got no flavour & not rubbery. Their mayo roll is a must-try they have generous portions and very reasonable prices. But again, the real star is their customer service - the owner personally handles orders, making you feel genuinely cared for.

Its newly opened restaurant with good parking space. toilet should not be in same area with handwash and toilet seat should be put down but i dont care because i didnt use toilet 🚽 but from the inside of the restaurant it is clean but some tables are little dirty but I dont care because our table was clean and some improvements needed. secondy, the service is good and food came quick and they are kind third of all the food was very tasty 😋 and nice we came for biryani but it was finished but next day we tasted and very good in taste but when we came we ate nihari which can probably be served in a bowl instead of plate and roti 🫓 is great and karahi is also nice some improvements needed in restaurant.
