Nice Arabic food restaurant.

Best Restaurant in Ajman, very good service, they come very much Times and ask, if everything is good, and owner check also. They have good attention. And Service Lady very friendly. The Food was Perfect and Price veryyyyy good. Like that Restaurant. We come again.

whenever I visit this city Iale sure to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant. Excellent services. Good staff friendly and kind. The quality of the food is perfect. The have all kind of Syrian and meddle east food. The prices are average on that area. I recound this place for everyone families and couples go and try it and u will notice the taste thanks It is one of the best arabic restauran in Ajman. We don't mind traffic if we know that the place where we will eat is worth the wait. Prices are good and food is always satisfying. Many times we have ordered and dined in the place and it has never failed us.plus the ambient is better for some reason. The only thing that is keeping me away from giving them 5☆ is the cleanliness during peak hours. I do understand that the place if fully jammed pack and they don't want others to keep on waiting that long to be seated but atleast have their staffs a spray bottle with disinfectant and clean cleaning towels to use after one table has finished dining in so no food droppings...

I have ordered 3 shawarma and a hot chocolate from this place, and it was an hour since the order was not delivered, so I tried to call the restaurant and the person who picked up the call disconnected it twice, then after picking up the call he was being so rude, when I asked him about the time it will need more to get my order delivered. He said he will connect with the delivery executive and I will receive a call from him, I waited for 25-30 mins and didn’t received any call, I had to leave for office and it was already 1 and half hour since I placed the ordered. I called the restaurant again to check on the details and I asked the person to share the delivery executive’s number so that I will call him directly to check upon, but he disconnected the call again and again I called him up and asked for the same, the person replied he won’t share the details of delivery executive and disconnected my call. Then I connected with Zomato’s agent and lodged this complaint and even they were unable to reach out to them as they were not picking up the call at all. The order was already prepaid.

This is such a poor service from this restaurant. Never gonna order from this...

Mmm ,To be subjective and honest , It is not that good but still not bad . I've tried once so depending on my experience and the order that I have asked I wasn't really sure weather to like it or no !! Shawarma was made nice but not the same taste that it should be , maybe coz they are trying to be original , but they used a different Spices that used for Shawarma -which is in my opinion it's something individually, according to the customer - for me ,,NO Mix grill and Crispy was less than average, as taste . Also was not well done Kibbeh was horrible , full of oli , taste bad , not in a proper shape , mostly was reheated again #! So as totally I don't wanna be judgemental as considering the other factors may effect the whole impression as time , the amount of customers and so ,,,,

The waiters !! The male he is good , the other female some of them have a little unpleasant attitude
