Biriyani Brothers (Al Ain) — Restaurant in Central District

Today (17th March 2024)we have order Biriyani from the shop 17 dhims. And they charge us for home delivery . Which is unexpected. Whatever we have order from them they deliver without delivery charges. Unfortunately today I got my order after 1:00 hours which is distance 700 meters from my home when I asked him , he said may be this is new guy do not know about delivery charges. But this is not my 1st order. Me and brother regularly order from you because of your food . Really this is disappointed to me today.

We had ordered mutton biryani and mushroom masala with parrota, the biryani was taste less n mushroom masala was too sweet they only put undercooked onion paste in it that’s it with few small mushrooms pieces, and raita was eww only stale full of cut onions with less curd, and we asked for paid salad they said we don’t have, first restaurant I experienced that those don’t have salad, and the service is very slow we had to wait to take our orders or if needs while there ,they don’t have calling service or bell to call someone to take orders , very very bad service even food too , not worth it.
