Nafoorah, nestled within the luxurious Zabeel Saray, is a restaurant that truly dazzles with its stunning ambiance. With opulent decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere, it’s a perfect setting for a special evening or a relaxing meal. The five-star ambiance makes you feel transported to a different world, creating a memorable dining experience right from the moment you step in.

However, while the ambiance shines bright, the food and service tell a different story. The menu features a variety of Middle Eastern dishes that are flavorful but, unfortunately, don’t quite live up to the expectations set by the exquisite surroundings. The food is decent but lacks the wow factor, earning a solid three stars for taste and creativity.

Service is another area that needs improvement. During my visit, the staff was friendly but often seemed overwhelmed, leading to delays in orders and a lack of attentiveness. This aspect slightly detracted from the overall experience, as a great ambiance deserves equally attentive service.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Al Nafoorah Restaurant at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel, and it was truly the best experience we could have asked for. The hospitality and generous reception were outstanding, making our special day even more memorable.

I gonna post the this only on my personal experience. The interiour is magical, made with every detail. The food was excelect a enjoying. But the staff in this restaurant was just average, I dont tkow why but they seems like they even dont want you to come in and feast. They never come to us and ask if we need something. Strange. All to all Food was Superb. BTW its very expensive 690 AED for 2 its like 200 euro without drinks

edit: After another thought I have to admit the staff wasn't that bad, maybe its in the way they work at the place, I'll come back 110%, hope my third visit of this marwelous place will be at least as superb as...
