Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

I am extremely disappointed with the service my child and I received at this Baskin Robbins location. My son, who was a bit disoriented in the mall, went up to order a scoop of ice cream and was given a medium-sized scoop without being informed of the different size options. When I inquired about the available scoop sizes, the staff member misleadingly told me that there were only two options and insisted that she was giving us the smallest one available.

It wasn’t until after we paid AED 14 that I realized there was actually a kids' scoop option for just AED 10. It’s incredibly frustrating to think that the staff took advantage of a child’s confusion and charged more unnecessarily. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially when it comes to children.

I expect better from a brand like Baskin Robbins. Taking advantage of a child’s situation to make a few extra dirhams is simply shameful. I hope the management addresses this issue so that no other customer has to experience...

We ordered two value scoops and were billed for a sundae which was 30 aed as against our original which was supposed to be 26 aed that is 13 per scoop as per the menu.. After the billing on card when I realised they over charged then they returned 4 aed.. But in the order before me for the man who ordered 3 value scoops they had charged 45 aed.. I saw the bill as I was next to swipe my card. So incase you are paying at this outlet with a card be extremely careful..While returning the 4 aed the person in cash mentioned the other one was a new staff and there was no apology for a mistake from their end...

the woman works there, she is so unprofessional, she kept ignoring kids asking for bottle of water to buy as they were so thirsty and kept taking orders from others ignoring my kids.. when I came to tell her kids are so sad she yelled on my face talking in a very aggressive tone of voice that she is working alone no one is helping and bus left her as she lives in reqqa, so this is not our fault to treat us this way, I'm totally upset and don't recommend this outlet branch if you want to be treated in a harsh way...
