I had a truly exceptional experience at Starbucks, and I want to highlight every reason why I keep coming back.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The store was immaculately clean, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee immediately set the mood. The layout was comfortable, with plenty of seating for both individuals and small groups. I appreciated the availability of charging outlets and the quiet background music—it created the perfect environment for either work or relaxation.

The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely enthusiastic. They greeted customers with smiles, moved quickly while taking orders, and made an effort to connect with regulars. Even during busy hours, the team worked seamlessly to manage the line without making anyone feel rushed. It was clear that this location values both speed and service.

The menu options were impressive. Whether you’re looking for a rich espresso, a creamy frappuccino, a refreshing iced tea, or a seasonal favorite like the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Starbucks delivers. I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and it was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right amount of espresso kick. The temperature, texture, and taste were all spot on.

Their food selection also exceeded expectations. I tried the Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich, which was both filling and flavorful, and the warmed butter croissant was flaky and delicious. Everything tasted fresh and was presented nicely.

One of my favorite aspects of Starbucks is the customization. You can adjust milk types, sweetness levels, temperature, and size—allowing everyone to get exactly what they want. The app also makes ordering ahead incredibly convenient, and the reward program is a fantastic perk for loyal customers.

The baristas clearly take pride in their craft. I noticed the care they put into making each drink, from steaming milk to pouring latte art. They even double-checked names and orders to avoid any confusion.

Even the smaller details made a difference. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The napkins, straws, and condiments were neatly arranged. The lighting was cozy, and the store smelled amazing.

The staff are nice but be cautious as they upgrade your order in a sneaky way, you place an order for a drink with espresso and they ask if you want medium or strong, I said medium because I just want it the way it normally comes. My receipt shows that they charge me for the medium, so I asked why the charge on my receipt and she said it’s because I ordered medium, so I said why is that different than the americano I ordered? I just want the normal americano I just don’t want it strong. So she said it’s a different bean, it’s not fair to place an order and be given a choice of A or B when neither of those are included in the order and you are not told of the charge. Even though it’s not much cost I think it’s dishonest and for that reason I won’t come to this...

The most unfriendly team i have seen in Starbucks branch! No “welcome” no “hello” heard us talking that i will get a chai. Shook their heads , i said hi can i get chai latte - we don’t have was the reply - just behind on the board it is showing chai latte! So when u don’t have some product from your menu- answer should be we are so sorry we are out of stock is there something else we could offer … not we don’t have period!! I asked why - out of stock , i said its on the menu you should perhaps change the displayed products to reflect what u have no we can not change… i left right away.
