Tim Hortons has always been one of those go-to spots for a relaxing coffee break, especially after a long day of shopping at the outlet mall. The brand carries a reputation for consistency and comfort, which is exactly what we were hoping for when we stopped by this location. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that.

The store was in a noticeably poor state — tables were not cleaned, floors were littered, and the overall environment felt neglected. It took us quite a while just to find a table that wasn’t covered in spills or crumbs. When we finally sat down, we encountered a serious safety issue. The table was unstable and poorly fixed. As soon as we placed our coffee cups on it, the table flipped over, spilling hot coffee on our pants and hands, resulting in minor burns and significant discomfort.

When we brought this to the attention of the supervisor, we were told that the team hadn’t noticed the table was broken. What was more concerning is that the table right next to us was in the same condition — shaking and clearly on the verge of collapsing. It’s alarming that these issues were overlooked by staff.

Even though I happened to be one of their very last customers of the day, Anita and Senorita greeted me with the kind of warmth and energy that felt like the glow of a fresh morning sun. Their cheerful faces, genuine smiles, and helpful attitude made me feel truly welcomed.

It’s rare to see staff maintain such positivity at the end of a long shift, but both Anita and Senorita went above and beyond, ensuring everything was served with care and friendliness. Their professionalism, combined with such a kindhearted approach, made my visit memorable.
