I'm not sure what went wrong with the service today. This is my third time visiting this restaurant, and I was really looking forward to having my favorite dish, Khao Mun Gai. I ordered it with an extra two sauces.

When the server brought my food, I reminded her about the extra sauces. She later came back with only one more sauce and had an upset expression. She didn’t even look at me and placed the sauce on the table loudly, making me feel like I was a nuisance. I didn’t say anything at the time, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day.

When I asked for the check, the guy who brought the bill didn’t say a word of thanks. I left feeling disappointed. Was it because I spent less than I usually do?

I also noticed him rudely telling a customer at a nearby table that the restaurant was closing, without any explanation. If I were that person, I’d be upset too!

On a positive note, I remember the friendly Thai lady in the purple dress who always welcomes guests with a smile. Unfortunately, I only saw her in the kitchen this time, probably helping out the chef. I didn’t get a chance to say hi.

Overall, there seemed to be a lot of new staff today, and I’d say the customer service was lacking. I hope this feedback helps improve the...

Our family always eat in this restaurant in outlet mall, but the service today - 18th May around 10pm is ssoooooo disgusting! 1st the Filipina who assisted us told us lots of menu is not available, ok no worries it’s fine! 2nd the food took so much time than usual, this is also fine, we understand the rush, 3rd when the food arrive, 1 Filipina just drop the food in our table, omg! Where's the manners??! And the worst part they even gave the order incomplete, 4th, no staff made sure that cutleries and all essential things we need in the table are available we need to chase them for it! This is the worst service at all, and I will never eat here again, will even share this to all our friends and family, this Filipina with eyeglass needs to have a hospitality training, we are not animals to throw our food in the table. Worst...

I have mixed feelings about this place.

First Visit (1 Month Ago): The food was exceptional, likely due to the lack of crowd. Every dish was freshly prepared and full of flavor, leaving me eager for a second visit.

Second Visit: This time, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was packed, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, struggling to maintain service standards. My food arrived within two minutes, clearly pre-cooked, and the initial serving was burned, requiring a replacement. While the replacement wasn’t burnt, it still fell short in flavor.

Considering the moderate pricing, I expected consistent quality and a better overall experience. While my first visit set high expectations, the second left me questioning whether I’d return. For the price, quality and quantity should be...

When i order pas kra pao, i saw the picture which is obviously showing with rice. That is photo of the menu with no text saying the rice is for “reference” only. When i check the bills, i was charged 10 aed for plain rice. I asked the waiter, he said i am not the only one. There are people got tricked or “mislead”before. Until now, the management did not do anything to fix. Not only to that, the fired egg was cold when i ate it. If the chef and the management are not serious on the food with such a high and tricky price. Good luck to your business.

Finally something different to eat in Dubai Outlet mall. We tried few meals and Tom Yum 😋 soup 🍲 of course. The food is good. Portions are not big but not too small as well. Nasi Goreng was good especially for people who doesn't like too much spicy food. Tom Yum noddle soup 🍲 was perfect with shrimps. Just ask for less spices, anyhow it is TomYum and yeah it is Spicy 😆 Pad Thai was good nothing special... Good experience wigh classic Street Thai food at all. Yes, would recommend it, if you have a trip to the mall.

Ended up at Tom Yum, it was a very nice experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the food was above expectation. I really liked the chicken wings and especially the sweet and sour sauce that came with it. The beef dishes were cooked very nicely, and as a big fan of sweet food, this was a very nice spot to end up. Kudos to the kitchen staff and the waiting crew.
