Feedback on Dining Experience

I wanted to bring to your attention an experience we had at your restaurant earlier. While the service provided by your staff was friendly and attentive, there was a minor issue that impacted our dining experience.

Specifically, we were not informed that one of the dishes we ordered was sizable enough for sharing. Consequently, we ended up ordering two portions, only to find that we couldn't finish even one. This oversight led to unnecessary food wastage and was disappointing for us, both in terms of the food itself and the associated cost.

We value our experiences at your restaurant and appreciate the effort your staff puts into ensuring guests have a pleasant visit. However, we believe that a small improvement in communication regarding portion sizes could greatly enhance the dining experience for your customers.

Good place to have lunch after hiking /kayaking in Hatta. Such a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We stopped here for lunch after doing a Google search for restaurants in the area. Have a look at the photos to see what we had for lunch: veggie spring rolls with a sweet chilli sauce, smoked salmon salad (chef's special), ratatouille, pepperoni pizza. They also had a good selection of fresh juices, mocktails, alcoholic beverages and even iced coffee. It is in the Hatta Fort hotel which is about a 10 minute drive from Hatta Dam. A few weeks ago we stopped off at the Cafe Gazebo for a late lunch on our way back from Hatta Dam. We loved the Mediteranean set-up and the nice ambiance of the Cafe. Staff were welcoming and very professional. Our waiter Vineeth(not sure if that's the correct spelling) was truly great in customer care and was able to accommodate all our needs. It was impressive to see someone who would remember an order for three without repeating it all and deliver the dishes propmtly, unmistakably and with a service flair.
