WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I came here with a friend around 6:30 pm 27/11/24, hoping to get some work done in a nice ambiance, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. Within five minutes of sitting down, the waiter kept pressuring us to order. We told him we’ll decide and call him. He came back every minute without us even calling, making us feel very uncomfortable. Eventually, my friend ordered some ice cream just to get him to stop, but then the waiter came back again, telling us there’s a "minimum order of 50 dhs per person." This policy was never mentioned when we sat down, and it felt like he made it up on the spot. If this is actually a policy, it should be clearly stated on the menu or website.
To make matters worse, both the waiter and the manager were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They didn’t care. It was honestly one of the worst café experiences I've had.
Message to the owners- please hire staff with good catering etiquettes. Be Grateful that you’re getting two customers in an empty cafe. If there’s a policy of min 50 per person, it should clearly stated on your website or menu.
If you’re looking for a place to relax and get work done, definitely avoid this place. Very...

Drove out to hatta to get away from city life on a hot summer day. Dropped in at Leem lake and it was insanely hot (as expected) that’s when I saw the aesthetic looking cafe on the other side of the road so drove to it to grab a cold cup of coffee.
The ambience: New age architecture clean and open with tons of big windows gracing this 2 story cafe located inside the hatta park. Love the old ornamental classic cars parked outside the cafe.
The food and beverage: Was too hot to eat anything so grabbed some cold coffee which turned out to be fantastic and just what we needed for a hot summer day. Tons of coffee options and good looking pastries
The staff: Pleasant and welcoming staff. Met the founder who was a really friendly and cheerful local. Quick and prompt service.
The price: Decently priced. Each cold coffee cost around 25 AED each but with the vibe and the view of the mountains, totally worth the drive to hatta worth it.
Definitely heading back here everytime I...
Read moreEverything was great. Except that we were celebrating two birthdays at that day. So we asked for two cakes and a message on each of them. And we asked if they can sing Happy Birthday; which they kept quiet about it. He came to the table with no singing or even music in the speakers. Even he asked who’s is which although I explained earlier it should be a surprise!!!. The staff is from different nationalities and I don’t there is a strong team spirit between them. The Jordanian Gus he is the who came to the table. The Moroccan guy was ok. I think the philippino kabian deserves a promotion or raise: he was smiling ,worked professionally in a quit way and I wished he was the supervisor there. We could have the surprise party we were planning...
