Flies are everywhere, many of them are in the bathroom, on the wall in summer and mosquitoes fill the place and many enter the food fridge and stand on food. I people sitting near warn me of a huge cockroach that isnt the first time we see them on the wall whenever we come and staff has to deal with them, this shows how poorly hygienic the place is, coffee price and taste is good. But again most of customers are workers or students and they come for wifi and wifi is only given every 2 hours and changed with a piece of paper that has the password on it and we have to request for a new one and log into the wifi every single 2 hours, we are either students or workers we stay all day and it’s exhausting and most of the time mine don’t work, and after all of this they wouldn’t refund you nor apologize for the service. Also by the way the music there is very bad too (country music :,) ) By the way, I’m a 6 year customer who’s known by the every always seasonal changes workers :) I remain and deal with this system that the owner puts and the lack of hygiene that the workers or I don’t know who is the fault for that. I love Carribou but this branch is the worst I’m always forced to leave to another cafe
Alsoooooo, you can NOT have Wi-Fi for more than 4 hours even if you are a regular customer and have had ordered, you need to order every 4 hours to get Wi-Fi and have to log in the Wi-Fi user and pass every 2 hours during your allowed 4 limited hours, so for students and people who stay here to work (almost all customers) and people like me who sit for more than 6 hours a day… this is immoral and unethical and disrespectful and stinggyyyyyyy and very rude. Read moreI used to be a regular customer of Caribou Coffee Shop, often visiting their Sheikh Zayed Road branch. However, after recently moving to Mirdif, I decided to try their Uptown branch. Unfortunately, my experience there was far from satisfactory. The sitting area was infested with small moths, and even after changing my position, I still found moths flying around me. The bathrooms were smelly, and the carpets were dirty. I was so disappointed that I won't be returning to this coffee shop again. To make matters worse, I ended up having several mosquito bites during my visit, which made it an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
