Katrina Sweets and Confectionery (Coffee and Cakes) - Mirdif — Restaurant in Dubai

Worst customer care i didnt expect really i thought Katrina is a good brand their staffs will be nice all r not interested to serve.

I believe Katrina sweets are pricey but must be very good and good customer care.

I went to Rahmania Mall Branch, i asked to place an order for my cake he just opened laptop and turned the laptop to me and asked me to take that customer care number and place order via whatsapp. My Husband asked do u deliver he replied Yes. And neither i was informed about the minimum delivery pay.

The moment i had whatsapp conversation with Mr.Jade i asked what flavours, he just gave me 4/5 flavours 🧐!!!! Hmmm so i asked for a particular flavour he said yes that the filling, i said so y this list was not given to me ??? I was shocked about minimum pay delivery.

Well Mr.Jade told me he will endorse to morning shift staff about my concern. But ended up me following back to them they didn’t contact me by them self.

I felt i didnt wanted to be served.

My association with this confectionery started with the discovery of honey cake and has over the years only become stronger. Whenever I am feeling low, I literally walk down to their place and grab a pastry, which has never failed to make me happy till date. The cakes and pastries are always fresh, melt in the mouth and decadent.

They do have a savoury section as well which also is oven fresh and yum. Both inside and outside seating gives you the option of escaping the unpleasant weather while enjoying it when it is cool and pleasant.

Service is quick, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The best part about this place is that it has been consistent both in terms of food and service.

I would surely recommend them especially if you are looking for a celebration cake, cup cake or pastry baked to order.

The price is mid-range, but the satisfaction you get after biting into their pastry, quite makes up for anything else.

As a regular customer at all Katrina branches, I was deeply disappointed with my experience at the Mirdif branch today. I was not carrying card and wanted to pay in cash 500 bill (my order was by 69 AED). The cashier employee was obvious that she was not interested so she refused and told me that she doesn’t have cash. She was ok for me to leave the order behind bearing in mind that I have already wrote a note on the cake than to give me change that she already has. I was carrying my 1 year old child and went to check change at the nearby stores (which is something the store staff should do) but I couldn’t find any. I went back to the shop and a gentleman (I think the shop supervisor) helped me out. I was really upset and requested him to log a complaint about the incident and she was smiling when she heard me saying that. Very disappointed with the customer service that I have received today and make me wonder if Katrina Business owner doesn’t care about their customers anymore. Definitely won’t visit the...
