Kana Gourmet | كانا غورميه — Restaurant in Dubai

Was One of me favorites, till the last interaction with them when I visited them for 5th time for their Ramadan Iftar Buffet.

I texted on Whatsapp to make a reservation and when I reached I was shocked that my reservation isn't even assigned. I got allocated at the worst location anyone would be assigned to, yet, they had a lot of no shows and didnt even bother to move us to somewhere better.

The full team was too focused on a VIP table where in whenever we request for anything it takes AGES just because everyone is serving 1 table that has some VIP dude and the guy taking videos of the guys talking and serving food in his table on SnapChat.

some Kids were playing and running around and one of the waiters goes to them and starts cussing ??? Is that how they deal with kids of people who reserves tables?

The dishes they had are not what they shared with us before booking.. Im not sure why but anyway, no one cares.. they received their money anyway…

I expressed my feedback over whatsapp and they stopped answering my messages and started ignoring my calls whenever I call, then I called them from my other number and they happily answered. When I told them that its me and requested to speak to the manager, the lady says: He will call you when he is not...
