Honest Review: Family Dine Restaurant, Dubai

I recently visited Family Dine Restaurant, Dubai, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. The food looked great in presentation, but the taste and quality were far below expectations.

The beef was extremely average, and the fish in the Kadalkut meal tasted old and had a strong dried-fish smell, which made it unpleasant. The clams were of poor quality as well. Only the prawns and squid were good — fresh and flavorful.

The mushroom curry was another letdown; it was basically tomato paste with almost no mushroom flavor. The only dishes worth mentioning were the chicken fry and chapathi, which were excellent.

The staff service was also disappointing. When I ordered the AED 89 “All-in-One Meal”, the waiter did not inform me that a Kadalkut curry was already included, even when I specifically asked about the items. Later, when I mentioned this at the cash counter, the staff didn’t seem to care or acknowledge the situation at all.

Overall, apart from the chicken fry and chapathi, nothing was satisfying. The restaurant really needs to improve food quality, freshness, and customer service.

From last 1month almost we every day order chiken veg samosa almost 10pice some time more and 1time we order chiken samosa and they give veg samosa and they charge chiken price and last weak happen this and today we order 10pice veg samosas and they give today very very bad quality and me my family we try to eat but its taste very bad and I told this guy who bring samosa and I said check this samosa what problem but he said talk to manger and I go inside restaurent and they not listen to me and they not respect ladies and they argue money not matter but the thing is we r regular customer and they do argue and shout they dont have mother sister at home I pay money for samosas and it's my right if food quality not good I complain reception guy and maneger they argue to much with me and they not agree with me almost 1month we eat this restaurent samosas and some time food we never complain but today we complain and they do like this this kind off restaurent should close they don't have respect for customer and ladies I have my right I will complain and I will tell...

I’ve visited Family Dine Restaurant Quasis several times with my friend, and each time we’ve had a great dining experience.

We’ve tried a variety of dishes on different occasions, and I can confidently say that all of them were good.

The food quality is consistently decent, with a wide range of options that cater to different tastes.

However, I do believe there’s still room for improvement in terms of the depth of flavors in some of the dishes.
