Absolutely Disgusting Hygiene + Zero Accountability – Blocked Me for Complaining!

I’ve tried to be patient, but enough is enough. This place has serious hygiene issues and the attitude of the staff is just as bad. I’ve had multiple experiences where my food or drink came with foreign objects—a fly on my Nutella pancake, hair inside my Boost milk, and weird particles at the bottom. I even took photos and sent them right away, only to be told it’s “from my side.” Instead of taking responsibility, they blame the customer. Ridiculous.

And guess what? After all that, they blocked my number. Their reason? “You complain too much. Our other customers don’t.” The audacity of that response! So basically, if you care about what you’re putting in your mouth and call them out when it’s gross, they’ll just silence you. No apology. No solution. Just a block.

The food itself? It’s average at best. Not worth risking your health over.

I didn’t leave a review the first few times, hoping they’d improve. But now I’m writing this so the owner sees it and does something about this mess. You can’t run a food business with such poor hygiene and zero customer respect.
