Fish with you (Suan Cai Yu) — Restaurant in Dubai

We placed three separate orders during the same visit, first for our meal, second for drinks (since we forgot to include them earlier), and a third time for takeaway because we genuinely enjoyed the food. However, during the third transaction, the cashier visibly showed impatience and even sighed in frustration at us.

That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. We were not being difficult, we simply wanted to support your business by ordering more. If your staff cannot handle that with basic courtesy, it reflects poorly on your establishment.

We hope you take this complaint seriously and remind your staff about proper customer service. Customers should never be made to feel unwelcome, especially for supporting your business.

We went to this newly one restaurant and it is specialized in sour Pickle Fish. We ordered the signature dish/ chicken satay and spicy soup .

The chicken satay flavor is ok but the meat is a bit dry as they are using chicken breast instead of the thigh part.

The signature sour pickle fish is a average for us…as the fish did not taste as fresh but the soup is delicious.

Brightly lit interior. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Fish stew is the highlight here.
