Terrible is an understatement!!! The experience I had with them!!! First time the delivery guy came with my lunch after 2 hours, callled them quiet a few times and he was on his way for about an hour n half. The next time I ordered and the delivery guy called Abdul Salam came to deliver, I gave him a aed 100 and he doesn't have change to give me the balance. Guess what " he wanted me to get him change or he wanted to take back the food" how rude and unprofessional they could be. I called up the restnt immediately and Told them the situation and this guy wouldn't listen. Totally unexpected. Secondly the food, it was total rubbish. worse chicken curry I have ever had in my life. I would not at all recommmed anyone to try this place. I have decided even if I starve, I would never call this place again for food. Very very very unhappy with their food and behaviour with clients. Happened to get in this decent Kerala restaurant in the heart of International city and tried their special tea. Must try it there. They had served a medium strong tea which had a frothy layer on the top which was perfect to the taste. It is usually hard to get a place which serves the right taste and this is one place you can get them from. Tried their snacks as well with it. So then thought of trying their biryani just to check how it was. They had leghorn biryani which was served on Banana leaf and the flavor was really good with tender meat. We went for the famous tea and didnt expect much on food, but the food was awesome and ofcourse the tea. Moreover the food, the service they provided and gesture from owner and service guy was top notch, couldnt capture foods pic but spicy chicken starter is a must try loaded with crushed nuts over it.
