A Hidden Sri Lankan Gem in Dubai 🇱🇰✨ Stumbled upon this amazing Sri Lankan spot in Dubai a couple of weeks ago, and it’s quickly becoming a favorite! My first order was the Mixed Chopsuey with Fried Rice, which was very good but the Rice and Curry (with fish) I tried today was absolutely top shelf.

Order- Rice and Curry (with fish) Egg Roll with Fish

Portion Size- Some might find the quantity modest, but I thought it was perfect. Many Sri Lankan restaurants tend to overload the rice and skimp on curries, not here. The balance was spot on, with just the right amount of rice and generous servings of curries.

Curries Included- Beetroot Dhal Tempered Dry Fish Sri Lankan Capsicum Mallum Blackened Fish Curry

Quality- The meal came beautifully wrapped in banana leaf, keeping everything fresh and aromatic. The spice level was perfectly balanced, flavorful without being overpowering.

The Egg Roll with Fish was another pleasant surprise. Fresh, stuffed, and full of flavor. Tried it for the first time.

Value for Money- Excellent! Rice & Curry: AED 25 Egg Roll with Fish: AED 6

Next on the list: Lamprais — Hoping it lives up to the standard! Still searching for a truly authentic...

Simply awesome. ..Authentic Sri lankan cuisine .. Mind blowing food.. Just for Ambience can't rate it straight 5. but they deserve at least 4.5

Ordered: String hoppers Coconut Sambola: A spicy accompanying coconut dry dish with string hopper. I hate coconut but The spicy taste was so good that I finished half of the serving.

Daal: After long time I am having such a delicious daal.

Prawn Curry: Also delicious. The serving was full of prawns.

Ate a lot today. Even though was unable to finish my meal. Pure value for money. Ambience is very ordinary. Recommending management to concentrate on ambience and hire some more delivery guys. Start advertising. .you will definitely...

i visited the place and ordered rice and curry pack and lamprice pack. however be prepared with cash in your hand as both of their card machines out with delivery riders and it was inconvenient for us to transfer the money thru online.(our banks not allowed to transfer amount less than 100dhs) so i had to revisit them to pay the amount. but the good thing is without a single hesitation they let me to take food home which was a positive point. however if you looking for typical taste sri lankan meal this is the best place. every curry had its own specific flavor highlighted and they cooked each n every curry carefully without destroying its own taste..will be back...
