Giraffe World Kitchen — Restaurant in Dubai

I visited your branch just now & it was so unfortunate to visit and trust you I would strongly recommend people to not visit any of the branches of yours since you are not trustworthy, seems your people hardly worry about customers preferences, can’t imagine how careless, negligent & casual behaviour your people carry. Trust me it’s quite precarious in such competitive world & you are just lucky that it’s me who is just writing a review rather going for some legal actions.

Let me quickly mention this to you. I walked into your restaurant just even not an hour before writing this review and your one of the team members came to me and suggested a combo you are highlighting on the table through tent cards. I have never have beef in my life and I categorically mentioned to her that I don’t eat beef, despite of being so clear with my order your staff served me chicken burger with bacon. Really , that how you train and ensure product knowledge of your people who don’t care about people who are sensitive & allergic to some certain food. Do you know Allergen is just a difference between life and death & I saw this being compromised at your restaurant.

I spoke to your manager about it as well . I have to fly so can’t write and much . I just paid for my drink not for the food.

You are fortunate that there is NO rating in negative if there is I would have rated you ever lowest so that I people could make people aware safe from you .

Product knowledge is a greatest opportunity & this is peril for the safety of people and definitely for the businesses.

Before our departure to Karachi Airport while we were waititng for our flight we had ample of time so we fianlly decided to grab lunch.It looks most attractive due to the vibrant colors they used.The name "giraffe" alos looks unusual so we spent some time there as the interior of the restaurant was funky,full of vibrant colors like orange,yellow,red and green that really attract us to do lucn there and ordered some snacks in lunch.The waitress was very attentive,she take us order promptly and also give us suggestion about what is their most special items in the lunch.We ordered grilled chicken burgers with fresh juice that served with onion rings.The presentation of the food was superb.The juice presented giraffe picture in orange color.The food was succulent & tasty and ingredients used in the preparation were fresh.They really provide good quality food.The service was prompt.The price was quite afforable as per...

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Giraffe World Kitchen, located in Terminal 3, after my Emirates flight from Dubai to Sydney was delayed. I was impressed by the clean and comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they provided me with a menu card to browse through. I ordered the brown spicy rice, which was absolutely delicious and tasted amazing. I also enjoyed the tequila glass I had separately, which was superb.

What I liked most about this restaurant was the value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend Giraffe World Kitchen to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
