Nice decor, but no one was taking the order until I went after the menu myself. The waiter gave me the breakfast menu only, and not the main course meals for other options. After ordering for 2 people, egg arrived for my partner, and I had to watch him eating while waiting for mine. They also brought my bread way early, so I had to take it back to the waiter to warm it and bring it together with my egg because people want to eat HOT bread with HOT egg. Ideally, nid two people want to eat together, you bring their food at the same time. (Staff need training on this) While waiting, when u call on wiaters to ask for something, oftentimes, they ignore you. And u get their attention after some embarrassment feeling for calling and not being heard. I don't recommend their Shakshuka Egg and Feta. It is just cooked egg on top of a plate full of tomato curry. Sirine vegetarian breakfast instead is much better. Baba Ganoush was also not what I expected. And I don't know why they burn black the 🍄. It's supposed to be eaten. Last but not least, they don't do food takeaways, which is a waste of food, and harm to global warming. I do not support this approach. They should do takeaways. After I complained about mismanagement in our food, the staff was very kind to take care of our food, and bring it with nice and smiley attitude. I hope the restaurant takes my feedback in a constructive way to improve their services. The food taste was just fine. Tea is better to be served in a teapot combined with small cups.

Comptoir Libanais is a vibrant restaurant and café located in the A Zone of Dubai International Airport. The moment you arrive, you’re struck by the unique and colorful design: traditional embroidered bags, intricate lamps, and bold patterns that create a cozy yet lively atmosphere. It’s a beautiful spot that feels like a cultural oasis in the middle of your travels. The venue is divided into two sections — one for dining in and another for quick takeaway options, making it convenient whether you have time to sit or are on the go. The menu is quite rich, with a strong focus on Arabic and Lebanese cuisine, offering everything from mezze to grilled dishes, along with a few international items and delightful Arabic pastries for those with a sweet tooth. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, providing quick service and genuinely helpful suggestions with a smile. I tried the freshly squeezed carrot and orange juice, which was refreshing, flavorful, and tasted truly natural — a great pick-me-up during a layover. Everything looked fresh and carefully prepared. Prices are fair for an airport venue, especially considering the quality of food and the aesthetic experience. Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy something tasty before your flight.

Excellent place to chill out! If you're passing through Dubai International Airport and craving a taste of Lebanese cuisine, Comptoir Libanais is an excellent choice. Conveniently located between gates A3 and A4, this vibrant eatery offers a variety of traditional dishes that are both flavorful and fresh. The menu features an array of options, including mezze platters, shawarma, grilled meats, and refreshing salads, ensuring there's something for everyone. One of the standout aspects of Comptoir Libanais is its lively and welcoming atmosphere. The decor, adorned with colourful patterns and designs, captures the essence of Lebanese culture, making for a delightful dining experience amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport. For travellers looking for a quick yet satisfying meal, the service is efficient without compromising on the quality of the food. The desserts, particularly the baklava, are a perfect sweet ending to your meal.
