Ordered a pad thai for take away. Anna the server handed me over my pad thai in a take away container without a plastic or a bag. She told me that they dont have a take away plastic to put my order so i should just carry it by hand. Considering that the food is hot, i told her its impossible for me to carry it with bare hands. She then went and looked for a bag. She came back after 2 mins saying she couldnt find one. I then told her that how could i carry it in a hot container without a plastic. It is the restaurants responsibility to provide a plastic for take away orders. She then left and came back with a duty free plastic bag and placed the pad thai upside down that the order will eventually spill. I dont want to waste my time telling her what to do so i approached Jerald, who claims he is the manager on duty. As i was explaining to him that they should be providing a plastic bag for take away, he, in a very rude and sarcastic way told me that i should have my own plastic bag to place my take away since iam an airport staff and i should know that. What on earth is he telling me? This is not the first time i ordered from their restaurant ang his explanation is not acceptable at all. He is never apologetic nor have given any inch of a better explanation. He even challenged me not to even come back and order on their restaurant. Read moreThis has to be the worst experience i had in a restaurant, the staff was very rude and his name is Amer, On a quiet day where they have 6 tables occupied, we went to this restaurant in the Airport Terminal 3. First we are not greeted on the reception once we arrive, we need to get the staff attention to attend us, we sat on a lower table as we feel it will be comfortable for us while we wait on our flight, about 7-10 minutes we are looking for a server to attend us and take the order, As mentioned it is not busy, only few tables occupied and which most of them already having their meal, I have to stand up and approach them myself for us to be able to have someone to take the order, this young gentleman came with the name AMER, We asked him why no one came to take the order, and he rudely replied that they are busy.. He is standing over the host stand and dont even bother to assist guest, He then asked, Are you ordering FOOD? and i said YES, he replied rudely, then go to that table, pointing to a higher table setting, we went as instructed but the mood was off already, as a CASUAL Dining catering multiple nationality i believe there is a STANDARD OF SERVICE implemented, CLEARLY this guy dont care to serve us at all, just because we are ASIAN he will treat is like this? its such a shame to your reputable restaurant. Read moreI had a very bad experience on the special occasion of Nepali new year. We went there in a group to celebrate our new year. But our 1st day of new year was total mess because of the behavior of a staff name Cristine from philipines she is a supervisor there. The scenario was.. we ordered different type of meal and we order extra spicy 🌶️ but it came with no spicy at all but then we asked staff for some chopped chilly. But the chilly was not enough for 6 people. So we asked the staff to get for us more chilly but all of sudden the supervisor came and very rudely she said “ hi actually i have given you already what we can give now if you want more chilly, we will charge you.” For min time we were all speechless how come she will charge us for asking little more chilly we did’t ask for 1 kg and they didn’t make how we asked to make.
