Arrogance of waitress spoiled my evening! Went to dine in, got the main dish in 10 minutes but starter never came even after food was over. Walked to counter to settle bill but waitress asked to wait for starter. I asked to pack it but I was told it is still under cooking. Therefore asked her to cancel the order as I had to leave. Waitress insisted that I take away the order. I refused to do so due to her arrogance. She even threw the bill on the counter. Totally unacceptable behavior. Food was okay but service totally failed...

The service at Hanoi Quan was excellent. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, patiently explaining the different dishes on the menu and offering recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience.

By far one of the most unhygenic places which has got is named as a restautanr restaurant. Floor was visibly dirty, unwashed for days. The place smell really bad. Staff smokes 🚬 inside. Food is not fresh and can bring you food poisoning. The veg and sauces which they offered to add to the pho to us were visibly perishing. Staff does not speak English or Arabic.
