heaf Souq Badr — Restaurant in Dubai

Firstly the design I really loved, but when I enter, first been told I have to go order at the counter, waiting in the line, there is NO menu, when it’s my turn, the girl asked me what I would order, I asked for menu, she said they don’t have menu, passed me a tablet to go through the pictures, without price😂 I said how come there is no proper menu? Her answer was: ahhhh because all our customers know what they want, it’s part of the concept! Whaaaaat! I’m thinking, so you don’t want new customers right? New customers discrimination right there, so funny, and people lining up behind me made me feel so uncomfortable and pressurised, I wanted to look at what they have and then decide, but already decided to have the almond croissant I saw that is displayed there, but I just let the customer behind me go first, and surprisingly he didn’t know what to order also, back and forth asking the girl and then finalized what he order, so when I order, I said v60 and the almond croissant, she said sorry, we only have one and he took it, fr….. limited edition also, is it made from extinct almond or flour 😆 so I ended up with coffee only, the coffee was average, and I have to say, there is a lady staff, her voice was really really not pleasant to hear, she kept doing that baby noise, trying to flirt or something with other staffs, the whole place was quite and everyone can here her sharp baby voice, is really not...

Beautiful and peaceful spot with unique style

Heaf at Souq Badr has a very distinctive and stylish interior. From the tables and chairs to the ceiling design, everything feels thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, especially in the morning.

I visited early and sat near the window with a green view outside. It was the perfect spot to relax. This place is truly amazing if you come when it is less crowded, although I heard it gets busier in the evening.

As for the coffee, I tried their cappuccino before and it was good. But this time the iced matcha really stood out. It was refreshing and well balanced.

Highly recommend visiting alone, with a friend, or a partner if you are looking to enjoy a peaceful and beautifully...
