I recently dined at Two Neighbors and had a wonderful experience.
Ambiance: The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with pleasant decor and lighting. The outdoor seating area was particularly charming, offering a lovely setting with beautiful views, comfortable seating, and warm, ambient lighting. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the meal while taking in the surroundings.
Service: The staff were friendly and attentive. From the moment I was seated, Max greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. His attentiveness throughout the meal was remarkable; he ensured that every aspect of my dining experience was seamless and enjoyable.
Food: The food was delicious. I had Manti of Antalya and Lemon Coconut Chicken Risotto, and both were fantastic. The flavors were great and the ingredients were fresh. For dessert, their Specialty Tiramisu was exceptionally perfect! This tiramisu is hands down one of the best tiramisu’s I’ve ever tasted and of course I couldn’t leave without indulging in their speciality coffee [Hot Americano, Brazil beans) as it became a must-have for me whenever I pass by the area.
Value: The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.
Overall: I highly recommend Two Neighbors for a great dining experience. I look forward to...
Read moreHad the loveliest all-girls lunch at this hidden gem in Madinat Badr, and honestly, it was such a great find. The place is beautifully tucked away inside the souk, far from the usual city chaos. Super chill vibe, parking available right by the side, which is always a plus.
We started with a round of drinks, and they had a surprisingly cool selection—from a very specific English brew to different kinds of artisan colas that were fun to try.
Now the food. Let me just say, the Mussakhan sourdough pizza was the star. The portion says “small,” but each slice was massive. Four slices, four people… and we still couldn’t finish it. Flavor? On point.
We also tried the prawn popcorn, which had a dynamite-style twist. It wasn’t as juicy as some places make it, but still tasty. The cheese cigars were really good—crunchy, melty, satisfying. The arancini balls were full of flavor and definitely worth ordering again.
And oh… the banana toffee pudding cake. We loved it. Sweet, rich, moist—everything you’d want in a dessert.
All in all, it’s a place we’d come back to. Charming spot, great for catch-ups, good food, and a refreshing drink menu. Quietly doing its thing away from the noise, and doing it...
Read moreWe came to have coffee and sweets at Madinat Bader branch and while we were waiting for our order we brought our card game with us and we were playing quietly not disturbing others. Mind you the place was half empty only 3 tables were occupied, one of the tables had a child throwing a tantrum. The waiter came to hand us a few of our orders and asked us to stop playing because it’s not allowed. When we asked him for the manager he said he was the manager. We asked him again why is it not allowed he said it’s disturbing others. He ruined our mood so we asked him to bring the bill for whatever we touched and cancel the rest of the order. He refused then he came back saying “I spoke with the manager he allowed it”. Why lie in the first place? And why ruin our mood over something so trivial? If this was a student studying or an employee working on their laptop would he tell them to put their books and laptops away?. And one more thing, if the municipality ordered it like he stated there should be an official rules document by the door....
