Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

Night in l-charge should be taught some manners here… I am regular customer of this Etihad mall branch and do work in Etihad mall itself… we sit there whenever we have free time of before leaving for home after duty… as it’s open area in mall premise… this lady asked to walk out as she is leaving though that has nothing to do with me going out and she is telling me that Starbucks will send mail to my company that I am sitting here… there are more then 10 security guards here taking care of mall and this lady is telling me to walk out that was really insane behavior and she was rude and loud… if we cannot sit in mall premise please cover your area with classes and lock it before you leave… This employee really need to be taken care of…as I have observed her sending her staff to other people who just sit for a while in the Starbucks… she will ask her staff to go and ask them if they want to order something… if they want to order something off course they know how to do it.. they shouldn’t be embarrassed and sent out just for sitting for while when your whole...

This is my go to location and I honestly keep coming back to this location because of one barista in particular, Ms. Roma. She's the only one who makes my coffee exactly how I like it, just perfect every time. She’s the only one who nails it every single time, without doubt.

I am Smithathomas employee of Golds Gym in Eithad Mall and am a regular customer of Starbucks. Their staff are very cordial and friendly.Always making sure you are served ASAP. As far as the customer service is concerned I would rate them from among the best coffee shop I have visited .
