Khun Chai Thai Restaurant -Barsha Mall — Restaurant in Dubai

It’s not my first time here. Unfortunately, I forgot to put Khao Soi review. It’s a must too. You guys really need to try. If I find the photo, I will add to this review.

I feel like home every time I come here. The staff are so attentive and amazing. They offer you the Roselle flower drink upon arrival. It’s red-purplish color with sweet and a bit sour taste. It tastes so good.

We feel like having something spicy so we go for Tom Yum Prawns, Grilled beef salad, Shrimp paste fried rice, and Chicken satays for my son.

As we expected, all dishes are finger-licking good and definitely authentic.

Last but not least, we have sweet 😄 even though we can’t move already but we always have space for dessert. Who is with me?? Banana in coconut milk. It’s a perfect match. Trust me when it comes to food. You can’t go wrong.

Forgot to mention that I go to Al Basha Mall brunch. There are 2 brunches. The other one is located...

We are REGULARS coming to this restaurant. But this time will be our LAST TIME because of the ATTITUDE of one lady working there. We was standing, checking the menu and waiting for empty table. After around 5 - 7 minutes we saw 1 table empty. We asked if can we get that empty table? And that MADAM - She came and answered even we didn’t ask her ( We was asking another staff ) AND the way how she answered is UNBELIEVABLE. HER ATTITUDE came out from HER VOICE, showing on HER FACE & HER EYES. I really shocked. So, when the restaurant not busy you will welcome the customers, but if it’s a little busy you are ready to kick out the customers by showing them the ATTITUDE???? This is not the only Thailand restaurant in Dubai. Customer service is important same with taste of food. If the restaurant still keep THAT LADY working there. I believe one day she will kick out all the customers. NO ONE...

I always have the admiration for Thai cuisine. I may consider their dishes as the best in all of Southeast Asia! Oh yes, I just said that. 🙊

Anyway, this restaurant is one of the best here in Dubai that offers Thai’s variety of dishes! They have legitimate-tasting foods and all flavors just work together!

Their Tom Yum & Pad Thai are my favorites! Perhaps even the best they have (although I haven’t tasted everything).

I will surely come back to this restaurant and invite my friends over. It’s a good value for money and not overpriced like the famous chain here.

I visited their branch in Al Barsha mall as their Jumeirah branch is said to be under renovation.
