I have been a frequent customer at this branch of Starbucks for quite some time, but my recent experience truly stands out, thanks to the outstanding service provided by one of the team members, Prawesh. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help with his colleague and Prawesh. It's this kind of personalized service that keeps me coming back.

Prawesh goes above and beyond in his role. He doesn’t just serve coffee; he ensures that every customer feels cared for and appreciated. He treats every customer as though they are a VIP, ensuring the experience is not only about great coffee but also about creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

On one particular visit, I had misplaced a necklace that was quite special to me. I casually mentioned it to Prawesh while picking up my order, and to my surprise, he immediately offered to help. He checked around the store, asked other staff members, and even followed up with me later to ensure I found it. I usually got coffee in this branch. today I asked for hot water! The manager got upset! Stating that isn't allowed to give hot water. the manager and staffs are rude, not friendly and ambiance is not welcoming everytime I entered in this branch.
