I’ve been here once, and honestly, the food is just okay. The bread has a very thin crust compared to others, which makes it light and not really filling. A big manakeesh is enough for one person. One thing I wish though is that they wouldn’t scrimp on the toppings—whether it’s meat or cheese. The one served to us had cheese and meat that seemed a bit undercooked.
As for the place itself, it’s clean and organized, so you can enjoy the environment. However, the service is another story. There was one Filipina cashier who didn’t even smile, which felt unwelcoming. On the other hand, there was an Indian staff member who was very warm and accommodating, so that was a plus.
What really made me upset was the takeaway order. I ordered two big manakeesh and one big kashkaval cheese to go. I specifically asked the pilipina cashier not to prepare the takeaway right away so it wouldn’t get cold—we planned to eat first, then have it packed after. But they served everything together with our dine-in food, which forced us to eat quickly and leave, since the takeaway would get cold. It really felt like the cashier was rushing to go home rather than providing good service.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service. Sadly, I don’t plan on...
Read moreWe recently moved to sports city and this Manoushe is the closest to our home. Manoushe Street has always been my favorite place for Lebanese/Arabic cuisine and headed here for Dinner on a Thursday. We noticed that they have several new menu items so we tried these with some of our favorites. We ordered the Hummus with Shawarma(4/5), Lebanese samosa(5/5 - unique), chicken tikka pizza(5/5 - we removed the mangoes), wedged with cheese(5/5), chicken tikka wrap(5/5), grilled halloumi in a pan(5/5), lotus cheesecake(5/5), date tiramisu(4/5) and kunafa burek(5/5). Overall we loved the new items and our old favorites are still there. Ambience is similar to other outlets and Jane took good care of us. Will definitely be dining...
Read moreNot only did my order run late (and it was not Talabat driver’s fault cause I was checking online every step and saw that they were late to prepare the order) but when I finally got the food, to my surprise I saw that there was sesame seeds that I am allergic! There was not mentioned anywhere that this dish had sesame. I called them and told them and the lady on the phone was apathetic did not even apologized and when I asked to speak to the manager she said he was not there. I told her I an so disappointed that I will make a negative review and she said ‘ok’. Worst food and worst...
