Adventure Zone — Attraction in Dubai

We did my son’s 5th birthday at Adventure Zone in Galleria Mall Al Barsha and we LOVED it!

He and his friends (34 kids) had so much fun with the different activities (wall climbing, trampoline, ninja course, high ropes and a soft play upstairs for the little ones) and the staff are all so amazing with them. The place itself is also great in that it doesn’t require much in terms of decoration. We just did some balloons and themed table settings up in the party room and it didn’t need anything else.

From booking the party to saying goodbye it was such a great experience. The people who work there are so kind, fun, knowledgeable, organized, professional and on top of things. I really can’t thank the staff enough for making it so easy to plan and coordinate and so smooth and fun throughout the party. From the lovely cleaner to Antonia who was handling all the booking details to Ayesha who took care of making sure everything went smoothly during the party to all the guys and girls working on the floor helping the kids with their activities, I can’t thank you all enough for making my son’s day so special. I really felt like it mattered to them that he was happy and everyone had fun.

I totally recommend this place for a party (or even just to go play which we do often!). I would do it again but I would choose a longer time slot (especially for big groups) so it didn’t feel rushed at the end of the party and I would consider catering the food from outside. While I loved their many menu options (and how easy it was to order), the feedback from the kids was that the food wasn’t great.

Adventure Zone has a great setup – the climbing walls are fun and the play area is well-maintained. However, our experience was completely overshadowed by extremely confusing and misleading voucher terms, which staff unfortunately reinforced at the point of sale.

We purchased a multi-access package after seeing a poster and being assured by the selling staff member that it included "10 sessions for 3 kids" (consistent with the poster's "3 kids/session" messaging). Based on this, we expected to bring all 3 children for each session over 10 visits.

To our shock, upon redeeming, we were told the voucher only allowed ONE child per session – contradicting both the staff’s explanation and the advertised message. When we questioned this, staff acknowledged the poster was unclear but insisted the policy was always "1 child/session."

The core issues:

False Advertising: The poster prominently says ( 3 kids/session, ) creating a clear expectation.

Staff Misinformation: The employee who sold us the package explicitly confirmed it covered 3 kids per session.

No Clear Resolution: We now have a package we bought under false pretenses. The value we expected ( 3 kids / Session ) is actually only 3 visits + 1 of the kid has one session which doesn't make since what if i have 4 kids only 3 are allowed to play.

I recently hosted my twins' 6th birthday at The Adventure Zone, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had when planning a celebration. The lack of organization was immediately apparent. The area we had booked was messy, and there were strange people wandering into our designated space, which created confusion and discomfort. The smell from the washrooms was unbearable, and many of our guests complained about it throughout the event.

To make matters worse, the themed decorations we had requested were printed poorly, with cheap materials that did not reflect the quality we were promised. We were also charged extra for services we never even used, which felt like a total scam.

The staff were unprofessional and uncooperative, and their attitude only added to the frustration. We had hired a magician for the kids, but he was poorly trained, didn't engage with the children, and failed to put on any sort of entertaining show. The kids quickly became bored and restless.

Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this venue to be cautious. Despite paying a premium, we received very little in terms of service or value. It's safe to say we won't be returning, and I regret choosing this place for such an...
