I was asked the amount of sugar i wanted, so i said very less. Ended up being extremely sweet so i asked why and the lady said less and normal sugar has the same amount of sugar. My question is why mention it and why ask if its the same. Anwyays i lost i suffered i ended up drinking half and throwing it. The staff didnt bother to change it or solve it they were rude and came up with 3 different reasons why it was sweet. This isnt the way to conduct a business that has food and beverage. Either ownership doesnt care or staff are unhappy with their jobs. I felt used and conned wasted time driving there and money. I had a bad experience 2 years back at dubai mall branch but i guess its the name of the place that has a problem not the location.

I normally don't go to the shop itself as I usually order thru an online app. But the ladies (Yumi and Mary ann) made it fun and worthwhile. They are very keen to serve. What makes is extra ordinary is that, while I'm waiting for my order and for my ride... they asks the riders from the online deliveries if they need anything. From simple ice water, it was outstanding! I really di appreciate it as a customer. It will really show how they give respect and care for ALL their customers. Glad to be assisted by them. I wish them success!

During my recent tour of Dubai, The one food item which I wanted to try out the most was Bubble (Boba) Tea. In international city ... Latea is one such fine dining and awesome place to get Boba tea in various types and at affordable price. So I had my first Boba tea experience there and it was fantastic. Also the customer service is too good and you get your order very quick with very less wait time.

Last but not the least, Prameela in Latea makes the best Boba tea and if you are a first timer to try Boba tea she provides excellent suggestions for it.
