The culinary journey I embarked on here was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish served was a celebration of rich, traditional flavors, meticulously prepared to perfection. The food at Mamaesh is a testament to the beauty of Palestinian cuisine, with each bite infused with a taste of history and heritage.
The menu offered an exquisite selection of dishes, each telling its own story through a blend of spices and ingredients that were both comforting and exotic. From the perfectly baked manakeesh to the savory mains and delightful desserts, everything I tasted was absolutely divine. The attention to detail in the presentation of the food added to the overall exquisite dining experience.
What made my visit to Mamaesh even more memorable was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share the stories behind their dishes and to ensure that every guest felt valued and cared for.

Read moreUnfortunately, a disappointing experience this eve. We decided to pass by on the way home and dine in. Had heard good things. We ordered 2x Beef Shawarma Wrap, 1x Falafel Wrap, 1x Zaatar Jabali Manaesh, plus drinks. We paid for all, but ate a third only: Falafel Wrap was super, extreme spicy, the Shawarma Wrap a little spicy. At order, there was no hint given by the waiter. Sure, food can be spicy and people's taste differ, but spiciness could be clearly mentioned in the menu or informed by the waiter. Especially when you have a child with you! We informed the waiter. I mean, perhaps the cook added too much spice this time. But no, the waiter insisted several times that we were wrong, the food was good, not spicy. Not sure how we was so sure of this: did he taste our portion before serving! Other than that, the food is OK, average. The falafel quite raw & filling but dry , the Shawerma tasted more like Indian, and the bread thick. If you like that and spicy food, go ahead! One more thing: they serve plastic cutlery, cups and plates. They didn't hear that Dubai and the world are on a noble recycling campaign! Save the planet! Seating is nice. Servers in general friendly, except that specific one! The place has good intentions but still...

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the inviting aroma of freshly prepared dishes. The menu offers a delightful mix of Persian cuisine, and we decided to go for a variety of dishes to share. The kebabs were the highlight of the meal—tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection. We also enjoyed the herb rice, which was fragrant and perfectly cooked, along with their homemade dips and bread, which complemented the main dishes wonderfully. The atmosphere is vibrant and cozy, making it a great place for both casual dining and special occasions. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations that didn’t disappoint. For dessert, we couldn’t resist trying their Persian ice cream, which was a sweet and refreshing end to our meal. Overall, Mamaesh Restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with delectable food and welcoming hospitality.
