My experience at Maxzi was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. As a loyal customer for the past two years, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, I encountered the complete opposite.Firstly, I must address the incompetence of James, one of the waiters. Every time I've called to place an order for dine-in, he consistently punches in my order incorrectly. Despite being a regular patron, his lack of attention to detail and inability to accurately take my order has been frustrating.Moreover, during my recent call to place an order, James displayed utter rudeness and hostility. He outright refused to take my order over the phone, insisting that I must come to the restaurant and order from the table. As someone with a tight schedule, I rely on the convenience of ordering over the phone for dine-in, allowing me to quickly grab my food and go. James's refusal to accommodate this request was not only inconvenient but also incredibly disrespectful.When I inquired about this treatment to the manager, I was appalled by the response. The manager, instead of addressing my concerns, brushed it off as a "management decision" to treat me in such a manner. The food was amazing…. So simple, so fresh, and so delicious. It was the perfect lesson for my students on how high-quality ingredients don't need to be complicated to be spectacular. The service was top-notch and professional, just like you.

We also got a tour of your kitchen – what a beautifully organized space! I was pointing out to the students, "Look! This is what we talk about in class! See how the ergonomics work here?" It was a textbook example in action.

But the best part, despite your incredibly busy schedule, was you taking the time to chat with us.
