McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team at McDonald’s Al Bustan branch for providing such a wonderful and unforgettable experience for my daughter and her best friend. The Mini Crew Summer Camp truly made their summer extra special and of course, the excitement of having McDonald’s treats for three days straight made it even better!

Our experience had a rocky start due to a registration mix-up we had mistakenly enrolled the two girls at different branches. Both girls showed up at the Lulu Village branch, full of excitement and anticipation, only to find out that one of them was registered at Al Bustan instead. When we asked the Lulu Village staff if they could make an exception and allow both girls to stay for the day (with a promise to sort things out properly afterward), the request was declined without any consideration. While we completely understand that materials and headcount are carefully managed, a little empathy or effort to explore a solution would have gone a long way. We also inquired about the possibility of moving both girls to Al Bustan, but this was also quickly dismissed.

Thankfully, we directly contacted the Al Bustan branch and explained the situation to the manager and without hesitation, she agreed! Her kindness and willingness to help truly saved the day. Despite already having a full group, she generously made room for one more child so the best friends could stay together. Not only did they accommodate the extra child, but they also waited for the girls to arrive. That level of flexibility and compassion meant the world to us and more importantly to the girls.

To the incredible manager and the entire Al Bustan team, THANK YOU! You made two little girls’ hearts so full and gave them memories they’ll never forget. We are truly grateful. One of the Worst Delivery Experiences

Honestly, I had one of the worst delivery experiences. I ordered through the McDonald’s app at 4:42 PM and didn’t receive my food until 6:30 PM, at which point I decided to cancel the order. I called twice to complain, but nothing happened — no resolution at all. They just blamed the rider, even though this branch (and the one right across the street) clearly has more than enough riders.

I called a third time to cancel, and only then did the manager call me back — but all they offered was an apology. No refund, no compensation, just a simple “sorry.”

Lately, their delivery service has been getting worse. Even when the food does arrive, the quality is disappointing. Last time, the fries were cold and in terrible shape — and now this.

Super disappointed. I honestly expected better from a brand...
